How to order......
Ordering specimens is easy.You can register and use the cart shop system or you can simply e-mail us using the email button on top of each page. Please include the specimen number and name along with the price. Do this for all the specimens you wish to order and click the "send" button when you're finished. That's it!
Payment is due with the order. If you are not prepared to purchase a specimen immediately, let us know and we'll hold it for up to 14 days. If we haven't heard from you by then, we will assume that you are no longer interested and put it back on sale.
We don't accept order less than 30euro.
METHODS OF PAYMENT...
Payment may be made by personal cheque or international money order. Cheques payments may take up to some days to clear for some international orders and service charges may be applied by the banks (they don't always tell you this!). This could get expensive and delays your shipment. If you can not obtain these payment methods, let us know so we can make other arrangements.
At this time, credit cards only VISA - MASTERCARD are accepted.

The parcel cannot weight more that 2 Kg and we have to ship with an open side for Inspection . We will ship airmail. For Europe (CEE) we could ship cash on delivery with an addition of 4 euro to the fares
Of course we could ship , standard parcel by airmail and surface the fares depends on the Country.

Returns will be accepted within 15 days of receipt of goods. All we ask is that you contact us directly by e-mail within 15 days if the specimen(s) you receive can not be added to your collection right now. We will only ask whether the quality was to your expectations and will not try to dissuade you from returning them. This is a personal decision for you to make. A refund for the purchase price less shipping will be issued as soon as I receive the specimen(s) back in unaltered condition with all labels. Please pack them to survive the trip. Sorry, shipping and insurance charges are not refundable. Postage for returned merchandise is at your cost.
Please note that we will not accept returns after 15 days, nor will we accept them unless we have first received notification from you of your intentions.
Generally, credits will not be issued for any reason. They are difficult to keep track of. Returns will always be processed by issuing a refund in the form of an international money order or cheque.
